Questions
Can we buy just one product?
Yes. Most customers start with one. Add another whenever you are ready and it joins the same login and the same records.
We are mid-contract with another system. Can we still start?
Yes. The sixty-day trial runs per product, so you can start one now and another when your current contract ends. Your current system keeps running alongside Opsly in the meantime, and we bring your checklists, staff, training records and menu across during onboarding.
How much does it cost?
It is priced per site, per month, for the products you choose. We go through the figures on the demo, once we know your sites and what you need.
What happens if we leave?
Give sixty days' notice. Nothing is switched off in that time and the final month is charged pro rata. Everything the product holds is packaged and handed to you once the closing invoice is settled.
Where is our data held?
In London, on SOC 2 certified infrastructure (Supabase, AWS eu-west-2). Whatever you stop using is packaged up and handed back to you.
